Laboratorio IFI began its activity 25 years ago,with the development of the first kit in Latin America for the determination of Antimitochondrial antibodies.
   After that, several kits for autoimmune pathologies based in indirect immunofluorescence (IFI) have been developed in our laboratory.
   Today , we are the first producer of immunofluorescence-based kits and the unique producer of microwell ELISA kits in Argentina.
   All kits have been developed in our laboratory, or through a close interaction with The School of Medicine and Biochemistry of the University of Buenos Aires and important Hospitals in Buenos Aires.  We have also a Reference Laboratory for autoimmune located downtown Buenos Aires where patients and sera from different hospitals and laboratories are refered for a definitive diagnosis of different parasite and autoimmune patologies.
